We are proud to present the fourth edition of the Marathon SSQ Insurance de Longueuil!
The urban races of 1k, 3.5k, 5k, 10k, 21.1k, and marathon are flat and fast. The atmosphere will be family-oriented and fun, thanks to the activities, and the delicious meal that will be served to each participant!

Founder and trainer at the Club de course les Vainqueur, Jean-Yves has been training athletes as well as beginners for more than 33 years! Author of Courir au bon rythme, he also drew up the Marathon Oasis de Montreal’s training program. Hence, for the Marathon SSQ Insurance de Longueuil, Jean-Yves is going to provide a well-designed training program for runners that will be available on the “Training program” page!
